Hydration Help

Okay so it’s Ramadan here in UAE and the challenge for the day is hydration. Chia seeds are high in omega3, fatty acids and antioxidants. Thanks to LaTanya Allday Brown-Thomas I also know they help with hydration. Since there is no eating or drinking in public until sundown, staying hydrated is important. Celery, spinach, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries in a kiwi, lime, banana, orange, and mango juice is yummy! Thank goodness for the power converter! Have a good evening as we start our first Sunday in UAE. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
