Juice Life – Day’s 3 & 4

The juice I made today will last until tomorrow, so I am going to post for both days now.  Today’s juice is not much different than yesterdays, accept I added raspberries and cilantro. I used a fresh banana this time, only ⅔rd’s, because my dogs at the other part. I also added GingerAle to give it some fizz.  You can always use seltzer water.

INGREDIENTS
  • Organic Chia Seeds 
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 pear
  • ¼ cup of broccoli
  • ¼ cup of cauliflower
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 carrots
  • ¼ beet 
  • ⅔ of a banana (fresh)
  • ¼ cup of blueberry 
  • ¼ cup of raspberries
  • ½ cup of Cilantro
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 handful of Kale
  • 1 handful of Spinach 
  • ½ cup of GingerAle
INSTRUCTIONS 
I came at this smoothie differently because I didn’t like the water.
  1. First I juiced my apple, orange, pear, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and celery.  Now I know that some people feel this isn’t good because of the nutrients and fiber in the peel, but I like fresh juice.  It was amazing and sweet.
  2. I started the smoothie by putting the Chia seeds in first again. I added kale, spinach, my fresh juice, ¼ beet, banana, blackberries, and blueberries.  Blend away. 🙂
  3. Add the GingerAle at the end for a nice fizz.

Oh yeah, sorry to my daughter, I left the beets the way they were. 🙂  ~ DSP
