Yesterday I kicked off this 30 day challenge off. What challenge you ask? A challenge to be a better me. I’m not focusing on a particular diet, food, or weight goal.
I decided to focus on the nutrition in the items I eat and how things make me feel.
I made a great all in one juice, but I needed some natural sweetener.
- Organic Chia Seeds
- ¼ cup of raspberries
- ¼ cup of bananas
- ¼ cup of blueberry
- 2 cups of water
- 1 handful of Kale
- 1 handful of Spinach
- ½ tablespoon of sugar
- I put the Chia seeds in the bottom of the blender. My daughter says they look like puffy fish eggs when they are just mixed in.
- I added the berries, kale, spinach and water next.
- I had to add a little sugar because it was missing the sweetness I like.
Overall it was a good smoothie. ~ DSP
